Job Duties

1.       Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

3.       Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
4.       Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
5.       Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
6.       Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
7.       Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
8.       Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
9.       Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
10.    Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
11.    Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
12.    Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
13.    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
14.    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
15.    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
