The Applicant is entitled for 24 Hour of Cooling Off periods from the date of his/her registration, within which he/she can withdraw the services taken. The Company will reimburse the entire initial amount after deducting 18% GST or any administrative costs for the time spent on the visa application within that time frame. After the Cooling Off period, no refunds will be provided.

If your request for refund falls under the acceptable terms and conditions of the Company and the service agreement, the time taken to process such a request would be 60 working days. Refund payments made will be issued as a company cheque. The refund cheque will be made payable to the person on the order form, and mailed to the address indicated on the order form.

• The Company will not issue any refund, if the Client withdraws due to:
• Registration fees are 100% refundable (if you withdraw your case before 24 hours of your registration, after 24 Hour of Registration).
• 100% non-refundable if the hard copy of the agreement is not signed by you and duly returned to us.
• 100% non-refundable if you purchase & change your mind later and decide to withdraw.
• 100% non-refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services.
• 100%non-refundable in case of rejection by consulate/embassy/assessment authority/immigration.
• 100% non-refundable if
• Failure of the medical examination by the client or his/her family members included in the application.
• Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.
• Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his/her family members included in the application.
• Submission of fraudulent documents.
• A prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application.
• Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
• Goods & Services Tax (18% is Non-Refundable.)
• Personal reasons.
• Not submitting the required documents within the stipulated time from the date of his/her registration, which is normally within one month.
• Not obtaining required IELTS/ any other Language score as informed by the Company.
• Not being able to show sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the applicant or his or her family members included in the application
• Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the applicant or any of his or her family members included in the application.
• Client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of Kansas Overseas Careers fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his or her application or decides to drop out due to any reason, during the proceedings after he or she signs-up.

Our Company reserves the right to not issue a refund as per our policies and in line with this agreement.
Refunds if issued will be processed within 90 to 120 days after you have filled in the refund request form and provided proof of rejection if any.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree you will not ask for a charge back under any circumstances.
Refunds for payments received will be issued as a company check or Bank Transfer. The refund check will be made payable to the person on the order form and mailed to the address indicated on the order form.

Entering into contracts

No employee or agent is authorized to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of our company limited with another party by email without express written confirmation by the Directors.

Processing time

Processing time for visas and passports quoted by our company are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of State under normal circumstances. Our company will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.

Termination

You agree that our company shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold our company responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. Our company reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Our company retains the right, at its discretion, to change its Terms and Conditions any time. By purchasing any product listed on our website, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions listed in this document. You hereby agree not to dispute these terms under any circumstances. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Haldwani Courts only.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Our company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
