It is a castle that was mainly constructed during the medieval period. It is located on the rocky peak of 130 meters above Lake Bled. The castle is said to be one of the oldest Slovenian Castles and presently a primary tourist attraction spot. However, some renovation works had to be done. The view from such a height looks appealing.

The place has an awesome natural beauty. The water of the lake is like a mirror. One can partake in the various water sports activities that take place here around the lake. Many people also swim in the lake while others prefer to go fishing. There are some rare species of fishes that can be observed here. It also feels nice to sit quietly in front of the lake.

Maribor

The city is the largest one in Slovenia. It is closely situated on the border of Austria. Maribor is famous for its wine industry. There are many wine industries that are located throughout the city. It will surely be a very adventurous journey while traveling to this cave.

Triglav National Park

Triglav is a National Park that is located in the Northwest part of Slovenia. It is actually on the highest peak of Julian Alps and is one of the best places to visit in Slovenia in summer. It was established in the year 1981. This place has an awesome natural view. It is a vast area and every day huge numbers of tourist come here to explore this only national park in Slovenia. The park is actually named after Triglav, the highest mountain. There are many nice restaurants located within the park where you can take a halt to enjoy some refreshments. This is certainly one of the best places to visit in Slovenia.

It is a 1.6 meter Gorge that is situated on the north-western part of Slovenia. Many people come to visit this gorge from the country itself and other parts of the world as well. The stream has many erosive features like a lake, rapids etc. During the year 1890, the gorge was totally inaccessible except two points.
